Exton Park`s flagship Brut Reserve consists of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay and is a blend of 32 reserve wines. Clear, pristine and golden in colour with delicate aromas of passionfruit intertwined with a bright lemon character on the nose. Well-structured and balanced with a lovely minerality on the palate and rounded with three years on lees. This fresh, elegant and versatile wine makes an ideal aperitif.
