Bright lemon-gold with a slight hazy glow from minimal filtration.

Aromatic and unrestrained—flinty and smoky tones overlay layers of ripe nectarine, elderflower, orange blossom, and passionfruit curd. Hints of lanolin, brioche, and sweet spices reveal its barrel fermentation origins.

Voluptuous and creamy with savoury wild yeast characters. Stone fruit, preserved lemon, and subtle vanilla integrate seamlessly with a mineral-driven core and vibrant acidity. The finish is long, complex, and slightly nutty.
