La Segreta Bianco, Planeta, 6x75cl

Vibrant and aromatic with notes of citrus fruits, lychee, pineapple and peach complemented by hints of minerals, herbs and mint. Full and dry, smooth and supple with balancing acidity and a long, minty finish. It's excellent as an aperitif, but aso with raw dishes (including seafood), lightly fried food, mixed salads, soft white cheeses.
