This is an impressive, rich red. Warm and spicy, chocolaty oak, with blackberries, plums and vanilla notes. The palate has lots of sour cherry and fresh plum, with delicate hints of spice and vanilla. Balanced tannins provide structure. It goes excellent with lamb or red meat in stews and sauces.
