Winemaking: Produced using biodynamic methods since 2004, with meticulous attention to vineyard health and fruit integrity. Vinified in a mix of concrete amphorae and oak vats, followed by ageing in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels and amphorae for balance and precision.
