Starting with an aromatic flowery/fruity bouquet and finishing with clean, crisp citrus style fruit, great length and limestone/minerally tones. The Pouilly Fume acute; Ch?teau Favray goes particularly well with shellfish, grilled and smoked fish, white meats, asparagus, and cheese, notably goat cheese.
