Bright straw yellow in colour with persistent aromas of green apples, minerals and fresh baked bread. Good concentration on the palate backed by vibrant acidity, persistent, effervescent bubbles and a clean, balanced, crisp finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with light canap?s, would also suit spicy dishes such as sweet-and-sour fish or even Thai-spiced shrimp salad with Asian greens and pesto dressing.
