Winemaking: Hand-harvested from steep, slate-laced vineyards of over 60 years old surrounding the village of Corullón. Wild-yeast fermentation and ageing in large oak vessels showcase both the purity of fruit and the layered depth of terroir.
Farming: Certified biodynamic. Rooted in Bierzo’s mountainous terrain, the vines thrive on rocky slopes, producing low yields with extraordinary character.

A heady mix of dark plums, mulberries, and black cherries layered with wild herbs, crushed stone, and an umami-like whisper of roasted meat and forest floor.
