Winemaking: Hand-harvested, wild fermented in open-top wooden fermenters, aged in large old oak barrels. Minimal intervention, biodynamic principles.
Farming: Certified organic and biodynamic; dry-farmed on windswept coastal slopes overlooking False Bay.
